Artus is situated in the heart of the Main Town, between St. Mary's Basilica and the Town Hall Square. Both buildings are visible from the hotel rooms.

Additionally, Artus offers its guests the Room service from 08:00 a.m.  to 08:00 p.m., laundry, daily newspaper, flowers, special design, implementation of special requests.

Artus gives a conference room for its guests disposal, where in the 1930s there was a bank vault. Currently restored, preserving the historic style is a modern and fully equipped including: flipchart, screen, overhead projector, sound system and full Internet access. Conference participants may use a separate catering facilities and sanitary facilities.
