For centuries, Gdańsk has invested in culture and the arts and its more affluent citizens
have played patron to the superb work which humanity, in all its genius, can create. It is our very great pleasure to invite you to take a deep, relaxing breath, away from your daily cares, and sample the wonderful cultural life of Gdańsk.

Our city is running for the title of European Capitial of Culture 2016 and all the year long it hums with a veritable host of concerts, exhibitions and other artistic and cultural events.

We provide accommodation in the Hotel Wolne Miasto, ideally located at the very centre of the Old Town, and two evening meals, offering you the chance to sample our local culinary specialties in the Zeppelin, one of the city’s top restaurants. Then after supper, make your way to the concert of your choice, at either the Philharmonic, or the Opera House.

A wander through the tiny and romantic streets of the Old Town, silent witnesses to the city’s golden history, will afford you another magical experience. We will equip you with a map and a mini-guide and send you on your way well informed as to the must-see sights of our city.
