Its specialty are dishes of the old Gdańsk-style cuisine, an example of which is Zalewajka „Gdańska” (“Gdańska” traditional soup with smoked bacon and morsels of sirloin).

The brewery’s extraordinary attraction is a microbrewery which is installed in the hotel restaurant and produces the only Gdańsk-born beer. It is a perfect place for evening social and business meetings.  “Brovarnia Gdańsk” won the title of the Microbrewery of the Year 2008 in Poland, awarded by the Chapter of Beer Brotherhood – the Beer Culture Promotion Association.
